The hotel is conveniently located near shops and a golf course, but the rooms are old, smelly, and in need of refurbishment. The noise from the adjacent road can be disruptive at times. The service is exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering convenient amenities like roaming room grocery shopping and laundry. The location is convenient with access to grocery and fast food outlets, but it lacks privacy and can be a bit 'iffy'. The dining experience offers fresh local fish cooked by a lovely lady. Overall, the hotel has some shortcomings in room quality and noise but excels in service and location.

The hotel is conveniently located close to our destination, offering comfortable rooms, but with an unpleasant artificial fragrance issue. While the timing of closing doors was strict, the unit was cozy with worn tubs. However, the staff during check-out lacked friendliness and we faced challenges requesting extra supplies like toiletries and towels.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though a little dated, were perfect for our family of 6; however, some areas were in poor repair. The staff was exceptionally friendly, but the only downside was the limited messaging access with one computer.
